Job Location: Harrisburg, PA (Remote with Onsite Requirements)

Note: This position is primarily remote but requires onsite presence during key project phases. Candidates must be located within the Continental United States.


Job Description:

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania / PA Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking a Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 Integration Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between Successfactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Successfactors APIs, Employee Central Mini-Master, and Onboarding 2.0 HRIS Elements and possess extensive experience in SAP HCM, Successfactors Integration Center, and third-party integration tools like Informatica or SAP PO.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Onboarding 2.0 project and design integrations between Successfactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase.
  • Configure and customize SAP and Successfactors standard integrations.
  • Develop and maintain custom integrations, including transformation logic and error handling.
  • Conduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to technical and functional teams.
  • Participate in project planning, meetings, and Solution Confirmation, PI Cycles, SITs, UAT, and Go-Live phases.

Engagement Requirements:

  • Candidate must report onsite once per month.
  • Successfully complete ePATCH background check & ClearChecks National Criminal Background Check.
